Thomas Persson
Thomas Persson is a Creative Director, Editor and Brand Consultant based in London.
For many years his unique understanding of fashion, culture and corporate identity has been a resource for global fashion and beauty companies.
His client list includes Hermès, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Salvatore Ferragamo and Erdem.
Thomas is world renowned for creating Acne Paper, a highly acclaimed magazine published by Acne Studios. He was both editor-in-chief and creative director of Acne Paper from its inception in 2004, until its closure in 2014. In 2016 he co-founded the style and culture biannual magazine Luncheon.
In 2018 Thomas Persson was appointed Creative Director of the relaunch of L’Uomo Vogue.
Thomas has worked as a Creative Director on several books on photography, including Snowdon Blue by Snowdon (2012), Rodeo by Vince Aletti (2013), Snowdon – A Life in View by Snowdon (2014), Twelfth Night by Mary McCartney (2016), The White Horse by Mary McCartney (2018), and Cecil Beaton’s Bright Young Things by Robin Muir (2020).
From 2019 until present he serves as guest Artistic Director of Le Monde d’Hermès.
