Stranger Things Main Title Sequence

Arisu Kashiwag created the concept and design for Netflix’s Original Series ‘Stranger Things’ Main Title Sequence. 

Inspired by the Altered States and Alien titles, the idea was to evoke something monumentally terrifying and strange without relying on photography. Shown here are some of the first storyboard frames before the titles turned red and various typographic treatments.
