Developing innovative launch programming and events for Ian Schrager’s PUBLIC, Georgia worked with the group to position the hotel as a platform for groundbreaking cultural programs.
To enact the positioning strategy, she curated an original commission, “Bowery Myths,” for the opening night of PUBLIC Arts by international choreographer Jonah Bokaer & DJ Spooky; developed and negotiated strategic partnerships and sponsored programming for the hotel across film, performance, talks, and comedy with best-in-class partners; and worked with the digital team to translate programming into innovative content for social media.
PUBLIC has since established itself as a credible cultural venue; and revenue has exceeded projections across key demographics.
