Jamie Hawkesworth-Three Suns

In 2016, Jamie Hawkesworth showed Lucy Three Suns, a newly completed portfolio of 9 handprints made in Louisiana, USA, and asked if she would host an exhibition for him. Lucy chose a Victorian period townhouse, filled with light, in the heart of Soho, London, for the exhibition.

The portfolio was presented in 2 oversized fabricated steel cases built by AJJ Simpson, which took inspiration from the aged steel, iron and wood buildings featured in Hawkesworth’s photographs.
