eCommerce, Digital & Social Strategy


Azelle worked with Christopher Kane to improve the brand’s digital presence and set the stage for accelerating growth with the brand’s target market, increased digital visibility, and improvement in the eCommerce conversion rate. Work included a multi-pronged approach to understanding success drivers and the varying audience segments composing the existing Christopher Kane audience. Based on this analysis, a strategic plan was presented to guide brand communications across digital channels, including experiential components and a media plan to guide acquisition efforts. Work completed included Digital Performance Analysis, Email Segmentation, Sentiment Analysis and Digital Strategy: Social, Content, Experiential & Media Plan.
