Jamie Reid
Jamie Reid is a London-based Creative Director with a rich history in editorial art direction and graphic design, celebrated for his distinctive vision and ability to shape the visual narratives of contemporary culture.
In 2024, Reid became Creative Director of i-D magazine, taking the helm to steer the iconic publication into an exciting new chapter. His approach builds on a legacy of bold creativity while embracing modernity, collaboration, and cultural innovation.
From 2015 to 2021, Reid was the Art Director of Dazed and Confused magazine, where he spearheaded a transformative logo redesign and creative repositioning. Under his leadership, the magazine entered a new era, defined by striking art direction, innovative photographic commissions, and a commitment to sustainable print production.
His portfolio extends beyond editorial work to collaborations with clients, including Y-3, Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Versace, Missoni, Parco, Marc Jacobs, and Saint Laurent. Reid has also designed publications and exhibitions for Harley Weir, Dashwood Books, The Serpentine Gallery, and Marc Jacobs.
Reid’s earlier career includes key roles as Design Director and Art Director at Arena Homme+ and POP magazine. A champion of emerging talent, he has collaborated with brands like Chopova Lowena, Kiko Kostadinov, and Wales Bonner, helping craft their unique identities and visual worlds.
