Brian Phillips
Brian Phillips is an award-winning creative director and brand visionary based in New York.
Phillips worked in close collaboration with Kenzo’s artistic directors to transform the LVMH brand, working across all creative areas of the company during their tenure 2011-2019 where he brought major talents into fashion campaigns and films for the first time including Maurizio Cattelan, Spike Jonze, Khalil Joseph, Karen O, Gregg Araki and Natasha Lyonne. At Helmut Lang, he led brand creative from 2016-2020 including a new brand bible, seasonal campaigns, digital content, product collaborations, and runway shows. As creative director of GARAGE Magazine, he fused pop culture, fashion and art to dynamic effect through cover collaborations with Billie Eilish & Takashi Murakami, Rihanna & Deana Lawson and Zendaya & Simone Leigh. His unique expertise in fusing entertainment, art and fashion is part of an ongoing investigation into the future of multi-platform, integrated storytelling.
